Troubleshooting

Use the Operation log to identify provider, license, scheduling and publishing problems.

Start with the Operation log

Open AI Autoblogger > Operation log. Find the campaign name and the first error in its run. Later errors may be consequences of the first failure.

  1. Disable Automatic mode for the affected campaign.
  2. Confirm the matching provider key, account balance and model access.
  3. Reduce to one title, a small section count and no images or translations.
  4. Run a draft manually, then check the log and WordPress post list.

Title queue problems

MessageCause and action
No post titles left for this campaignAdd at least one non-empty title in Articles and save the campaign.
The article titles in the list have already been used. Now posts will not be addedAll candidate titles already exist. Add new titles or valid Spintax variants. Keep titles does not bypass duplicate checks.
A post titled "..." already exists and will not be added. The exact title is already in a non-trashed post. The plugin tries another candidate.

Text generation problems

Article generation error. Please check the Operaion log is the exact campaign message, including the typo. Open Operation log to inspect the underlying error.

Image and conversion problems

An error occurred while generating images and the post will be saved as a draft means a generation error changed an immediately published post to draft. Inspect image-provider credentials and settings, then review the draft.

Neither Imagick nor GD extensions are available. Image conversion failed means the host must enable an image extension supporting the chosen output format. Confirm WebP support and upload-directory write access.

Error: The "dalle3" model is deprecated and no longer supported by OpenAI identifies a legacy campaign. Choose a currently available image engine instead.

Fewer article images than requested can result from the section count, Skip first image and insertion positions. Featured images are configured separately. Preview a small draft to verify placement.

Automatic campaigns do not run

Confirm Automatic mode is enabled, the queue has unused titles and the period has elapsed. Then verify WordPress Cron is triggered. On a quiet site, use your host's cron facility. A displayed Next update time is an estimate based on the base period.

Manual Run success with scheduler failure usually points to the cron trigger or host execution limits. Avoid adding competing triggers that could produce overlapping runs.
