Campaign management

Create a campaign, inspect its queue and run or edit it from the WordPress overview.

Create a new campaign

The "Create a new campaign" form is designed to initiate a new campaign. You can simply click the "Proceed" button to create a campaign with an empty list of article titles, which you can fill in later during the setup stage. For example, you might manually generate a list of titles using another writing tool to save on API usage costs.

Alternatively, you can directly form a list of titles using this form. To do this, enter a topic for your campaign in the "Topic" field, such as "Learn the basics of cryptocurrency trading".

Be sure to select the target language from the drop-down menu, specify the desired number of article titles you wish to create, and choose the language AI model to be used for generation.

Please note that generating titles using a language AI model will take some time, so there will be a delay after clicking "Proceed" before you can access the settings page of your newly created campaign.

Edit campaign

After creating a new campaign or clicking the "Edit" button next to the name of an existing campaign in the list, you will be taken to the campaign settings editing menu. The settings are organized into categories, each of which is located on separate tabs. This layout helps you efficiently navigate through the various aspects of the campaign settings, allowing you to make precise adjustments in areas such as content generation, scheduling, language settings, and other customizable features according to your specific needs.

Read the campaign overview

The table shows Name, Sections, Images, Titles, Posted, Last updated and Next update. The play or pause symbol indicates automatic mode. An error indicator exposes the stored campaign state.

Edit opens the campaign settings. Run generates one article manually; it does not require automatic mode. The Next update display uses the base publication period and does not include variable-interval adjustments.

Generate or bring your titles

The new-campaign form accepts a Topic, Language, Number and AI model. The Number control allows 1 to 250 and starts at 100. Generating titles is an AI request, so inspect and edit the output before running the campaign.

Delete a campaign

Open the campaign editor and click Delete campaign, then confirm. This removes the campaign configuration from the queue; it does not delete previously generated WordPress posts. Back up settings before removing a campaign.

Save campaign changes

The editor separates settings into Articles, Post content, Post settings, Media and SEO. Save changes before leaving the editor. Test after changing a model, prompt, publishing status or image provider.
